What We Sell
At Leominster Car Auctions, we offer a diverse range of vehicles to suit all preferences and budgets. Each week, we have over 200 cars of various ages and price ranges, from everyday vehicles to luxury models. Our inventory also includes vans, commercial vehicles, motorbikes, caravans, and trailers, ensuring there's something for every buyer.

Register to Bid
To attend and bid in person, visit our office with a valid form of identification (Driver’s License or Passport). A deposit is required for bidding, which is refundable if you do not win any bids. This account is for single-use; for future auctions, you will need to re-register and pay the deposit again.

Trade Buyer Account
Trade buyers can access our online live bidding platform. For more details, please visit our "Online Bidding" page.

ID Required for Registration
Photographic ID is required for registration every time. You will need a valid UK Driving License or Passport and a utility bill showing your personal or business address. Failure to provide this ID will result in being unable to bid in the auction.

Deposit
A deposit is required upon registration. You have two options: pay a deposit or the full amount if you wish to take the vehicle that day. The deposit is a minimum of £200 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

Sold as Seen
All vehicles are sold "as seen." Any defects, mechanical or otherwise, are accepted as conditions of purchase. There is no rejection or cancellation after purchase unless stated otherwise.

Payment
If you are successful in bidding, a staff member will guide you to a payment window to complete your payment. You can either pay the full amount immediately and take the vehicle that evening or pay a deposit. The remaining balance must be settled within three working days. A Buyer Fee will be added to the vehicle price. Please check Buying 'What It Costs' or ask a staff member for details. For payment details, refer to 'Buying 'How to Pay'.

Once the hammer falls or a provisional sale is completed, the vehicle becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. It is in your interest to pay for and insure it as soon as possible. Vehicles left on the premises are at your own risk, and daily storage charges of £3.00 per day apply after six working days from the purchase.

Terms & Conditions
All vehicles are sold in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Auction, displayed on our website. Please read these carefully before you decide to bid and buy. If you have any questions, our staff will be pleased to help.

Peace of mind
Using HPI we check every vehicle we sell to ensure any car you buy has no outstanding finance, has not been previously written off or not recorded as stolen. With HPI it also confirms the details of the vehicle such as make, model, engine size and colour. So, unlike buying privately, you will know that the vehicle you buy has had these checks carried out.
